    We purchased the memory maker with out Disney package - how do I link that to our Disney experience app? Thank you!!

    I think you are really going to love Disney Memory Maker! I believe photos make fantastic souvenirs and my family has the best time running all over the parks taking pictures and enjoying the many photo opportunities.

    If you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased Memory Maker, it was probably added automatically. You can check by clicking on the My Reservations and Tickets tab. 

    If you don't see Memory Maker listed in your account, you should have received an email confirmation after your purchase. In this email, there is a confirmation number, which you may use to link Memory Maker to your account.

    If you have any issues with this process, feel free to reach out to a Cast Member using one of the options on this page and he or she will be happy to assist you.
