Hello, Lauren! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
I am assuming you mean that you purchased theme park tickets with the
Disney MaxPass option through the Disneyland Resort website. If you selected the eTicket option at checkout, you should have received your ticket vouchers by email within 24 hours. With these vouchers in-hand, either printed or on a mobile device, your family can head straight to the gates at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. The vouchers will then be exchanged for paper tickets that they will use for the duration of their trip. In my experience, I have never needed to show my credit card for my ticket vouchers to be activated. Usually, the credit card used to buy the tickets is only required if you lose your vouchers/tickets or if your vouchers never arrived and a Cast Member at a ticket booth has to look up your purchase.
If you purchased your tickets through a third-party site that requires you to pick up tickets at will call, then there may be other rules associated with that purchase. I would suggest contacting the seller in that case to see if there are other options for you. You could also try calling the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636 for additional assistance.
In order for your family to use Disney MaxPass, they will need to download the
Disneyland app on their mobile device(s) and log into or set up a free Disneyland Resort account. This handy
video shows exactly how to set up and use this amazing feature.
If you have any other questions, please stop by again!
