    Hi, I have purchased exchange tickets from our Military ITT office, but the numbers on the back are not recognized by the WDW ssytem. Can I get fastpass in advance?

    Hi Susan,
    Thanks for submitting your question! If My Disney Experience doesn't recognize your tickets from ITT, you won't be able to make any FastPass+ selections in advance. We can't have that, can we? I would recommend giving the very friendly Cast Members at My Disney Experience a phone call and seeing if they can provide some assistance in linking your Exchange Passes to your My Disney Experience account. If that doesn't work, perhaps your Military ITT office would be willing to swap the Exchange Passes you have for some new passes to see if those work in My Disney Experience? It's worth a try.
