I have purchased the DVC 4 day park pass and am staying at Saratoga and Boardwalk but when I reviewing the fast pass+ on My Disney experience, it is showing dates within 30 days to book on rather than the 60 days. all has been linked, what else can I do?

    Hi Tracie!

Congratulations on snagging an amazing deal on the Disney Vacation Club special 4 Day 4 Park ticket that was offered last fall. It’s just another exciting part of Disney Vacation Club’s Membership Magic!

I have a few ideas that might help you out with your FastPass+ issue.  First, anyone with active ticket media linked to their My Disney Experience account can reserve FastPass+ for select attractions up to 30 days in advance, and it does sound like that aspect of the system is working for you.

If you have a resort reservation, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance of your check-in day for that reservation. The window opens at midnight, US Eastern Time, exactly 60 days prior to check-in, but no sooner. Once that window opens you can make FastPass+ selections for your length of stay. If you are looking in advance of those 60 days, say at the 62 day mark, you will not see anything other than the 30 day window. If you are currently between the 30 day and 60 day window and still having difficulty, I would recommend calling Member Services for assistance. For our friends from the United Kingdom, you can call Member Services toll free at 0800-783-2893.

I hope this helps to solve your FastPass+ situation! I really enjoy the thrill of booking my FastPass+ selections, and my kids are excited to know that we already have a FastPass+ for some of their favorite attractions. Let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your trip.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
