I purchased (2) 1 day park hopper tickets for my friend & I under 1 card/account. (1) email ticket arrived for both. How do we both get into the park with one email? Can we use this one email for our fast pass+ redemption?

Hi Dayna and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! There’s so much to explore at the Walt Disney World Resort this Autumn! You and your friend are going to have a great time in just a few weeks! Are you counting down the days?!

The easiest way to be able to make your Fastpass+ selections ahead of time is to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. There should be a confirmation number on the email you received. Follow this link to log on to your My Disney Experience account. (If you don’t have an account, you can also create one using the same link.) You can link tickets, dining reservations, MagicBands and Disney Resort reservations using this link. In just a few clicks, your tickets will be linked to your account, and you can go ahead and make your FastPass+ selections!

Once the tickets are linked, assign a ticket to yourself and the other to your friend. Your best bet is to visit Guest Services to exchange the email for two theme park ticket cards. That way each of you can have your own hard ticket.

Dayna, I hope you and your friend will make a stop at Epcot for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. There are lots of delicious food and drinks to enjoy along with the great live music during the Eat to the Beat Concert series. The Magic Kingdom Park is also a sight to see! It will be beautifully decorated in the Fall colors! I really love the buntings and Mickey themed pumpkins along Main Street U.S.A.

Don’t hesitate to stop by again if you have any other questions! Helping you with all the details of your magical trip is our pleasure!
