I have purchased a 4-day magic your way ticket for our upcoming disney vacation am i able to extend my day at the park? I remember in 2014 I bought 1 base ticket at the park for magic kingdom and i was able to extend my day for $10. how much is it now?

    Hello, Priscilla!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re so happy you stopped by to bring us your question!

Priscilla, I’ve totally been there. Your Walt Disney World Resort magical vacation is approaching its end and you’re just not ready for it to be over. So, you get the brilliant idea to extend your stay! Thankfully, Disney makes this super easy. As long as your tickets are still active (up to 14-days after first use) and there is still an active day remaining in your ticket, you will be able to add days to your tickets, so you can keep enjoying the magic a little longer.

The cost to do this will depend on the type of ticket you purchased, so I recommend stopping by a ticket window at any theme park where a Cast Member will be able to tell you the exact amount to add some additional, and magical, days to your ticket. You can also call the ticket line at (407) 939-7523 where a Cast Member will be able to provide you with some detailed information and options for the tickets you have.

As you continue dreaming up and planning for your magical adventure, be sure to mark your calendar with all the important planning dates. You’ll be able to book up to three FastPass+ for your favorite attractions up to 60-days in advance if you’re staying inside the magic (30-days if you’re staying off property). And for all those delicious meals, you can start making your Advanced Dining Reservations 180-days in advance!

Have fun planning and please come back to see us again soon for any more questions, tips, or planning advice. See ya real soon!
