We purchased annual passes online and received exchange cards. We are staying at Wilderness Lodge for our upcoming trip. Can I turn those in at guest services in my hotel? We plan to be in MK right after we arrive and there is no easy way to get to T&am

Hi Lisa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge in my opinion is such a beautiful place to stay. It feels so welcoming and cozy, it reminds me of vacationing in a national park. If you get a chance, check out Artist Point. I have always found the food and views to be exquisite.

I love being part of the Passholder Program. When you purchase your annual passes and receive the exchange certificates, you will have to turn them in at any of the four Theme Parks or at Downtown Disney. I exchanged mine last time at the ticketing window right outside of the entrance to Magic Kingdom Park. It was a pretty quick and easy process. Unfortunately the exchange certificates cannot be redeemed at your resort hotel. If your plan is to go right to Magic Kingdom Park right after you arrive, then go right to the ticketing window, exchange your certificates, and start enjoying the magic!

    Have a magical vacation!
