I just purchased annual passes and I heard that AP guests get to utilize the new fastpass+ since they are treated like resort guests. When I went to try it out, I was unable to access this service thru my account even though I linked my new AP's.

    Hi Sarah!
Annual Pass Holders do get to use the FastPass+ option!!!!
You should be able to link your AP to your profile in "My Disney Experience" by using the long number on the bottom of the back of the pass.
Two things...first, you will not be able to select FastPass+ until your pass is recognized, and second, you must also have a valid resort reservation in the system. If you are still having trouble getting your Pass recognized, I suggest either calling the AP Guest Service number (which I had to do), or simply hit a FastPass+ kiosk in the park you are visiting, if you are already there.
I hope this helps and I wish you many Magical visits with your AP!! :)
