    Hello! I just purchased annual passes on 05/11/2017, I cannot remember if I selected will call pick up or for my exchange ticket to be shipped, is there a way I can check to see how I purchased them, or can I just go to guest relations and have them help?

    You are going to love being an Annual Passholder! The discounts and perks are such a nice benefit. I am a big fan of shopping at Disney, so the AP discount sure is a bonus for me.

    Check your email. After purchasing your Annual Pass, you probably received your Exchange Certificate via your registered email address. Print that out, and take it to any ticket window along with your photo ID and a friendly Cast Member will process your order and hand you your Annual Pass. Easy as can be! I recently did this, and it probably took less than 5 minutes (and it was really shorter, but we got to chatting - you know how that goes with the fun Cast Members!)

    In the meantime, your Annual Pass is probably already linked to your My Disney Experience account, allowing you to book your FastPass+ selections. If you have any troubles or have questions about your Annual Pass, call (407)560-7277 for assistance.
