    Hi, I purchased an annual pass but my memory maker does not show up in my disney experience. Is a CD of the pictures also included? thank you

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I can't think of a better way to start a new year than with a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. With your Annual Pass, you will find lots of reasons to visit in 2019. Be sure to check the Passholder Program to keep up to date on the benefits of your Annual Pass before your visit. Your Annual Pass does entitle you to Disney PhotoPass Service downloads but it will not show up as Memory Maker in your My Disney Experience app. 

    When you take a Disney PhotoPass photo or visit an attraction that includes a photo, these photos will show up under "My Photos" on My Disney Experience. The photos will not have a watermark. You will be able to share and print the photos. A photo CD of your photos does not come with your Annual Pass entitlement but is available to purchase if you wish.
