I purchased a annual pass a few months ago. During a visit my daughter and I took pictures from one of the photo people there .they scanned my pass and stated that I can view the pictures they took of us online, however I have clue where to find them =(

    Greetings Koshah,

I'm thrilled to infinity and beyond about your purchase of an Annual Passport to The Happiest Place on Earth, which means more magical visits are in your future!

You are correct, the Annual Passport does have Disney PhotoPass attached already. The Disney PhotoPass Photographers are a wonderful resource to utilize during magical visits to the Disneyland Resort. I love that you won't need to worry about carrying around a camera in the park, because there are Disney PhotoPass Photographers throughout ready to take pictures of your trip for you.

I'm glad to hEAR that you utilized the Disney PhotoPass Photographers during your previous visit, I'm sorry you are having trouble retrieving your magical photos right now. I contacted Guest Services to make sure I was giving you correct guidance, when you received your Annual Passport, there is a PhotoPass code on the back of your Annual Passport that will begin with DLAP - ..., you will enter that in to the PhotoPass website.  Once entered, you will be able to see all your pixie dusted photos.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted visit. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing y'all Fantasmic time!
