if we purchase tickets in advance for epcot on the walt disney website and for some reason then have to cancel what are the cancellation/refund policies for the tickets.

    Hello Cathy!
After carefully reading all of the small print on the Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket page, I found this:

"All tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Water Parks subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures."

The good news is, a single day ticket will not expire until it is used. So, if you are not able to use it when you intended, you can hold on to it until a later date.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Anne, Iowa

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. While I can’t pick my funniest Disney memory – either my 70-year-old mother on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or my 4-year-old grandson on Dinosaur – I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures.
