Can you purchase refillable cups before entering the parks? And where do you get them? And is it as many refills as you like?

Hello, Matthew. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I think you may be referring to the Rapid Fill mug program that can be found at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. This is a refillable mug program that can be purchased, as of May 2019, for 18.99 and is valid for the length of your stay. These mugs are 16 ounces and insulated - perfect for keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold without sweating. You can fill your mug with unlimited soft drinks, tea, hot chocolate and coffee at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, however, these cannot be filled at any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you plan to do some Resort hopping while you're on vacation, you can take your mug with you and fill it up at any of the Resorts even if it isn't the one you are staying at. If you'll be visiting Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach, they also have a refillable mug program. These mugs are less expensive and only last for that day so it's best to buy those up in the morning when you arrive to get the full benefit out of them. If you're hoping to save some money on beverages while visiting Walt Disney World, you can bring in outside drinks. Keep in mind no outside alcohol is allowed or anything in glass containers. As long as you follow those guidelines feel free to bring anything in you'd like. You can also get free ice water at any of the Counter Service Dining locations all you have to do is ask.

I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
