Hi, I purchase a one park ticket and decided that I would like to visit both parks, Is there a way to upgrade the unused ticket to hopper ticket?, If I purchase thru the app can I make the upgrade on a park ticket booth?

    Hi there, Brenda!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'd love to give you a little more information about theme park tickets at the Disneyland Resort.

I'm happy to let you know that you are always able to upgrade your park ticket to one of longer duration or from a 1 Park Per Day to a Park Hopper ticket at any of the Main Entrance ticket booths when you arrive to the Disneyland Resort. You can do this with your online ticket or even a ticket purchased on the Disneyland app. As long as you upgrade your ticket before it is completely used or invalid, you will only pay the difference at the time of your upgrade. Keep in mind that if you have a multi-day ticket and you choose to upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket, you will pay the same price difference whether you upgrade on the first or last day of your ticket. Because of this, it's always wise to upgrade sooner than later to take advantage of your park-hopping privileges for as long as possible. Since Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are so close, park hopping really is an absolute breeze. Plus if you add Disney MaxPass to your tickets, you can even make Disney FASTPASS selections between parks throughout the day with your Park Hopper ticket.

I hope this helps, and please feel free to return if you have any other questions before your trip. Have a Fantasmic day!
