We are going to purchase the military park hopper tickets which are 4 day tickets. We were wondering if we could go to the Magic Kingdom on the night of our arrival during extra magic hours and still go 4 days after that. Would that count as a day?

    Hi Melissa,

Any time you enter the theme parks you need to use an admission ticket, even if it's just for a few minutes or hours, and even if it's just to dine. So yes, it would count as a day if you were to enter the Magic Kingdom upon arrival. If you'd rather save your admissions for four full days, you should know that there's plenty to do at Walt Disney World without going into the theme parks.

    Some examples are:

    - shopping and dining at Downtown Disney
    - the Cirque du Soleil show
    - the AMC movie theater
    - resort exploration
    - movies under the stars at many of the resorts
    - the Chip & Dale sing along at Fort Wilderness
    - spa treatments
    - character dining at many of the resorts
    - boating, biking, or tennis
    - miniature golf, or real golf

The list goes on and on. Please let us know what sounds interesting to you and we'll be happy to provide you with all the details.
