If I purchase my family's annual Disneyland passes online, how long do you have to activate it in the park? Is there a time limit? For example, if we buy them for Christmas, can we redeem them several months later? Thanks!

    Hi Robin!
What a wonderful idea to purchase Annual Passports for your family as a Christmas gift!
I consider an Annual Passport a Magical gift that keeps on giving all year long!
Not only do Passholders get to enjoy a tremendous amount of benefits, special offers and unique Annual Passholder events (like the super fun AP Days), they have a chance to visit the Happiest Place on Earth over and over throughout the term of their contract!
So here's what you need to know– if you purchase your Annual Passports online, you have one year from the date of purchase to visit the Parks and activate the Passports.
Once you activate your Passport by visiting the Parks, the Passport's expiration date is set to 12 months from the date of activation!
    I hope this helps.
Keep in mind certain Passport types have blockout dates.
Enjoy your Disney online shopping and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
