Can I purchase a Dining Plan if I don't stay at a WDW Resort?

Unfortunately the Disney Dining Plans are only available to people staying at a WDW Resort (including Disney Vacation Club stays).

Some other requirements to be aware of, include:
    - You need to purchase a "package" to qualify -- meaning that you need to include at least one day's worth of park tickets for each member of your party (even if you have already an Annual Pass park ticket) with your resort reservation
    - You must purchase the dining plan for the duration of your stay.  You can't book 8 nights, but request only 4 days of the Dining Plan (you could book two separate 4 night stays at the same resort, but there is no guarantee that you can keep the same room for 8 nights)
    - The Dining Plan expires at midnight on the day of your checkout from the resort (even if you haven't used all of your meal/snack credits)
    - You will receive one day of the Dining Plan for each NIGHT you stay at a resort

    Hope that helps.
