If you purchase a 3 day pass and are unable to use all 3 days can you add the unused days to the purchase of a new ticket beyond the 13 day window? Or do you have to use all 3 days within the 13 day window?

Greetings, Karen! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A multi-day visit is the best way to see and do most of what the Disneyland Resort has to offer!

Multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days after the first use, but you do not have to use them consecutively. So, you could use two days and then a few days later (but before the 13th day), use the final day of your ticket if that is an option for you.

You can upgrade your ticket while there is still a valid admission left to either add more days or upgrade to a park hopper, but those upgrades must be used within that original 13-day window. At this time, you cannot put those unused days toward another ticket purchase to use at a later date. The only exception to this would be if you upgraded your ticket to an Annual Passport.

I hope this information was helpful. Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
