if you purchase a 1 day pass can you leave that park and go back - after the kids nap?

    Hi Courtney,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Allowing the time for children to nap is always a great idea when visiting Walt Disney World Resort.  When my daughter was younger, I would always try to stick to her normal schedule as much as possible to avoid tantrums and grumpy behaviour.  There is nothing worse for a parent than a toddler meltdown at the most magical place on earth, it makes the day less enjoyable for you and your child.

With the purchase of a 1-Day, One Theme Park Ticket guests are able to enter and re-enter the same Theme Park as many times as needed.  So leaving mid-day will not be an issue, simply return to the Theme Park when you are ready.  The only thing you will need to take into consideration is that you will need to go back through security and bag check, so that may take a little more time.

Since you are planning on visiting Walt Disney World Resort for one day, I would recommend logging into your My Disney Experience Account and planning out your day to ensure you see and experience everything that is important to you.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel you will be able to make your FastPass+ Selections 60 days prior to arrival and if you are staying off property FastPass+ Selections open 30 days prior to your visit.  Since you only have one day, those selections will help to cut down wait times for your must do attractions.

I hope that answers your question, Courtney.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always here to help.
