Is there a way to provide the chefs cooking my gluten free meals a gratuity or a special thank you? Is there a certain etiquette that is preferable? I would like to express my gratitude at the end of the dinner to show my appreciation.

    Hi April,

What a sweet gesture! I'm certain that hearing a heartfelt "thank you" would mean the world to the chefs. I recommend asking to speak with the restaurant manager and then ask him / her to pass along your gratitude to the chef. You can also ask to speak directly with each chef if you would like.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
