We will be on property for my son's 3rd birthday. Which Disney water park would have the most things for a 3 year old to do? i don't want to find that he's too small to enjoy the attractions.

    Hi Nicolle,

Disney World is a great place to celebrate a birthday!  Be sure to stop by Guest Relations to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button for your son.

My number one recommendation for a 3 year old is the Magic Kingdom. There are so many things for kids his age to see and do. * Meet some of his favorite characters in the parks including Mickey in Toontown * Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin * Fantasyland is full of rides he'll love  - I suggest heading to Dumbo first because the lines get long quick & there are no Fast Passes available * The WDW railroad, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Jungle Cruise & Country Bear Jamboree are also big hits * When you're ready for a little break, climb aboard the Tomorrowland Transit Authority for a relaxing ride * There are great character dining locations - I'd suggest a birthday celebration at the Crystal Palace (advanced reservations are strongly recommended & can be made beginning 180 days prior to your trip by calling 407-WDW-DINE) * When he's ready to stretch his legs, head over to Toontown and checkout Donald's Boat and Toon Park * The Move it! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party is super fun! You get to dance with the characters in the street * Don't forget the parades (the nighttime parade is different than the afternoon parade) & fireworks.

Be sure to visit the Traveling with Little Ones section on the Disney Website. You'll find lots of helpful tips there including a list of attractions with height requirements contained in a PDF file on the right side of that page.

If you are planning to visit other parks, let me know & I'm happy to give you some ideas for those as well. Wishing you many magical memories :-)  Allison
