    Antonio from Alicante Asked

What is the process to use my Disney Dining Plan credits in a restaurant when I pay the bill? Do I need to tell the waiter in advance if I am going to pay with my DDP credits? Thanks from Spain!!

Wow Antonio - nice to hear from a guest in Spain (my birth place by the way!).  Cast members are very used to guests being on a dining plan.  Almost always, your server will ask if you are on a dining plan before you place your order either at a table restaurant or a counter service location.  If they don't, just let them know.

In case you didn't know, you can make your dining reservations up to 180 days in advance here.  Some dining locations are very popular and may book up quickly.

Please let us know if the Moms Panel can assist you further.  I hope your vacation is truly magical.  Diane
