    Kelly from PA Asked

I am in the process of booking dining reservations for our trip. Do most of the restaurants run on-time or late? I'm asking so I can adjust my reservations times so we are actually eating at the time we want.

    Hi Kelly:

I've found the most Advance Dining Reservations tend to run at or close to the scheduled time. When reservations tend to run late, which I find to be rare, I notice that it's usually during prime dining times at the most popular restaurants that are fully booked and get few cancellations, say like Le Cellier or California Grill. I've had only very few experiences when my party wasn't seated at or close to our reservation time. It doesn't hurt to arrive for your reservation a few minutes early to help ensure you can be seated on time if a table is available.

    Enjoy your vacation.
