    Same problem as another question you answered, trying to FastPass Be Our Guest. After signing in using MyExperience ID, the next page requires resort confirmation number but only accepts numbers and mine has letters as well. Have you figured this out? HELP

    Hello Lori!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    If you booked your vacation through someone other than Disney, like a travel agent or 3rd party website, then your confirmation number is different than ones given directly by Disney.  You will need to call whoever you booked your vacation through and request the Disney confirmation number.  If you are taking the Magical Express from the airport to your Walt Disney World Resort, you can look on your yellow luggage tags for the number, as well.
