    Hi! Had pre-purchased Photopass Plus. Missing LOTS of pictures. Only some show up on page. But then it tells me to download some. I'm afraid if I download them, I will be charged (more) for them. But could my missing photos be that I just have to download?

    Lori, no worries! Your pictures can be found and recovered.

    Are some of your missing pictures digital images from attractions? These do need to be downloaded. In fact, all of your unaccounted for photos might need to be downloaded. You will not be charged unaware. All purchases need to be placed in your cart, checked out, and paid for, so go ahead and try following any directions or prompts you see. Check out the Disney PhotoPass Help page which has frequently asked questions and step-by-step instructions for common issues and inquiries. If you don't find the assistance here you need, try calling Disney's PhotoPass Guest Relations at 407.560.4300. As a technically challenged person, I've called this number multiple times and always had my problem resolved.
