Is it possible to stay 3 nights in a deluxe resort & then switch for 4 more nights to a moderate? If so, how do we book that and handle the dining plan? Coming at the end of March! Thanks!

    Hi Tammy,

We have split our vacation between two different resorts a few times and enjoyed experiencing more than one resort. I will say that we tended to stay in a moderate resort first, then move to a deluxe resort towards the end of our stay. We were more likely to slow down and enjoy the amenities of the resort after we had been in the parks a few days!

You are essentially booking two vacations back to back so you would book them the same way you have booked previous vacations. From Disney's side, you will have two separate bookings. You will have reservation numbers for each stay and a dining plan for each stay. It does sound complicated, but we have found it to be a smooth process.

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me. I'd love to help you plan your magical Disney vacation!
