Is it possible to link an 'event' confirmation in My DIsney Experience. We have a confirmation number for our AK Wild Animal Trek and would like to link it. Is there a place to do that in MDE??

Jambo, Julie! At this time, Guests are not able to add a confirmed event, such as the Wild Africa Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, as a reservation in My Disney Experience. However, I do have a little tip for you. This past November, I booked Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom, and misplaced my confirmation number twice before my trip! The second time I called Guest Services to get my confirmation number, the Cast Member I spoke with told me about the Notes section of My Disney Experience, where you can add reminders to your daily itinerary. This worked out to be the perfect place to add my tour confirmation number!

When you go into the My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your Wild Africa Trek tour. Then, click on Add Plans at the top left, and choose to Add a Note. This will open a note where you can add the time and location of your event, label your event, such as Wild Africa Trek, and add your confirmation number to an optional Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s itinerary, even when using the My Disney Experience mobile app. The morning of my Keys to the Kingdom Tour, I was able to pull up the app on my phone and double check the time of my tour. It popped right up as the app loaded – saving me a THIRD call to Guest Services!

I hope this tip helps you with your trip planning, Julie. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
