while in a port do we have open access to the ship anytime during the stay?

    Hi, Lynn!

When a Disney ship is in a port of call, Disney guests can come and go anytime (and as many times as you'd like) prior to the all aboard time. You'll simply need a Key to the World Card (stateroom key) for each member of your traveling party and photo IDs for everyone over the age of 18.

It's great knowing that your "home away from home" is right there in port, and you can have access to the ship to grab a bite to eat, change your clothes or relax and rest.  Just remember to make everyone you're traveling with fully aware of when to be back to the ship.  Although a Disney ship may be beautiful from land, it's not such a pretty sight when you're supposed to be on it and it's sailing away!

Let me know if you think of more questions before you sail. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
