POFQ from 21 July from Australia. Is there anywhere in the world that does NOT accept travellers cheques. Will the front desk cash them for us? ADRS- Can we pay for these meals using travellers cheques.? This panel is so go for people so far away! Thks

Travellers checks in US dollars are accepted almost everywhere at WDW. The front desk of your hotel will be able to cash them for you and you can use them at the shops and most restaurants in the parks.

Probably the easiest thing for you to do would be to set up an account with the front desk linking your travelers checks or a credit card to your Key to the World Card (room key). This way you can use your Key to pay for all your meals and souvenirs and not need to worry about cash during your vacation. This only takes a minute or so to set up and makes keeping track of your vacation expenditures so easy.

    Safe travels!
