Hi! We have a 12:45pm reservation at Chef Mickey's. Do you think we will be able to see the parade in Magic Kingdom at 3:00pm (current time listed)? Any advice on how to do both? Thanks!

    Hey, Robin!

Yes! I believe you could experience both the character dining and parade at the Magic Kingdom.
Here's how you can do it!

Be sure to arrive to your reservation on time so that you are seated as quickly as possible. Character dining can last up to 2 hours but you could enjoy your meal, taking picture with Mickey and his pals and Chef Mickey's, and be on your way to the Magic Kingdom no later than 2:15pm.

As you enjoy your meal, each character will visit your table and sometimes multiple stops can happen during one meal. Just be sure to get all of your pictures the first time Chefs Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy stop through.

Departing your character dining experience no later than 2:15pm and taking a brisk walk to the Magic Kingdom, should have you walking through the entrance by 2:35pm, if not before. If you are visiting during a busy time of year, be sure to give yourself more time and arrive at the Magic Kingdom between 2:00 and 2:15pm, as the lines at the security checkpoint may be long.

The parade starts in Frontierland at 3pm, which will give you time to find a good spot either on Main Street or near the Train Station in Town Square by 3pm. Then you will have a moment to catch your breath before The Festival of Fantasy Parade makes it way down Main Street!

Enjoy, Robin! If you have more questions, stop by and see again!
