Please share your suggestions of restaurants and snack places in MK, HS, and Epcot that are best for maximizing the quick service meals and snacks on our dining plan. We have character dining scheduled for our table service meals. Thank you!!!

    Hi Nicole!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

This is not an easy question as there are many criteria for "best".  For example, it could be the best tasting food or the most expensive food items.  Unfortunately, those two don't always go together!  Every guest also has different tastes and different things he or she would order.  I do have some recommendations, however.

First, I recommend visiting the independent website AllEars.Net.  At All Ears, you can see the menu, including prices, for all of the Table Service and Quick Service restaurants at Walt Disney World.  Then you can see what restaurants appeal to you and the other members of your party.

Second, I recommend visiting the DisneyFoodBlog.com.  It is the place to go to get food reviews, snack reviews, read discussions about maximizing the value of a Disney Dining Plan, etc.  You can even download some electronic books on dining and snacking at Disney!

All of that said, my favorite locations in the theme parks are:
    • Columbia Harbor House in the Magic Kingdom
    • Main Street Bakery in the Magic Kingdom
    • Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in the Magic Kingdom
    • Sunshine Seasons in Epcot
    • Almost all of the Quick Service locations in the country pavilions in Epcot
    • Flame Tree BBQ in Disney's Animal Kingdom
    • Writer's Stop in Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Starring Rolls Cafe in Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Backlot Express in Disney's Hollywood Studios

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
