plans changed, have tickets for June but now have new dates in October. What do I need to do to use these tickets I already have?

Hi there, William! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love being able to help a fellow Pennsylvanian.

William, I am also in the process of modifying some vacation plans, so I understand the importance of your question! Officially you are able to change the dates of your tickets or package as long as you have not used any of the tickets. You should be able to modify your dates by logging into your My Disney Experience account and clicking on the "My Plans & Tickets" tab.  From there you should be able to change your reservation. It might be helpful to know that only the person who booked the tickets is able to modify and if the price of the tickets for your new dates in October are higher than those for June, you will just need to pay the difference.

If you need additional support, you can call into the Existing Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member who can access your specific account information. William, best wishes for an unforgettable vacation whenever you get to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please stop back and see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other vacation planning questions you might have.
