We are planning to have our 4 and 2 yr old nap at the park in their strollers each day after lunch instead of going back to AoA where we are staying in Oct. Can you recommend some resting spots or shows that are quiet at each park? Thanks!

Thanks for visiting the Mom's Panel, Shana!  Your "little Mouseketeers" are going to love visiting the "Happiest Place on Earth" this October!  I got a firsthand look at Disney's Art of Animation Resort in April and loved the storybook setting and attention to detail at every turn!  I have vacationed with my "little ones" napping in their strollers in the parks, as well as, taking them back to the Resort for their afternoon nap. Regarding Magic Kingdom, my biggest tip for afternoon naps in the stroller is to grab a shady spot along the parade route in Frontierland.  Because you will want to grab a spot early for the afternoon parade, the timing was always perfect for my children's naps to park our stroller in the shade around 2:00 p.m. and wait for the Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade to begin at 3:00 p.m. In Epcot, there are many air conditioned buildings such as Innoventions East and West that are cool and a little darker for great napping. Just recently, three of my children took a nap during The American Adventure show in Epcot. It lasted approximately 30-45 minutes and was the perfect timing for an afternoon "power nap." In Disney's Hollywood Studios, there are some shady areas in Pixar Place near Toy Story Midway Mania! and along Commissary Lane. At Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, there are several shaded areas in Africa and Asia that you may find are good resting spots. I'm not sure just how quiet you need it to be for your "little ones" to get to sleep. Finding Nemo - The Musical would be enjoyable for you while your "little ones" rest and although it is very dark, there is talking and singing.  I hope this information helps!  Please let me know if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a Magical October Trip, Shana!
    Happy Planning,
