I am planning our yearly trip to Disney Boardwalk Villas for10 nights in August. We arrive at 11:00 PM and leave at 6 AM on our checkout date. Do we have to purchase 10 nights for our meal plan or can we purchase less like the theme park tickets option?

    Hello Constance!

The dining plan has to be purchased for the length of your package. You will have to buy the dining plan for each night of your package stay, regardless of what time you will be checking out. You do have until midnight on your check-out day to use your credits, but it doesn't look like that will help in your situation.

One solution for the extra credits would be to make reservations at one of the signature restaurants that require 2 credits per person. I would suggest making a list of the places you want to dine at, and see if you will be able to make good use of the leftover credits at some point during your stay.

If you don't want 10 days worth of dining credits, I do have another solution for you. You could book your package for the first nine nights and then a room-only reservation for your last night. Book your package with the amount of tickets you wish to have, and include the meal plan. You would be able to use your dining credits through the last full day of your trip, and you wouldn't have to spend the money on the extra day of dining.

I hope this helps! Have fun planning!
