We are planning a WDW trip with our 2 children (4 and 5) and my parents (59 and 60). We are leaning towards two connecting rooms at the Polynesian (hoping my husband and I can go out alone one night). Is this a good option? Or 2 bedroom villa at BC?

I'm sure there are a few Moms Panelists that would wrestle me to the ground on this one, but if I were making the choice, I'd go with the two bedroom villa.

I've traveled to WDW with my parents several times, I've found that the villas are especially good with intergenerational groups. With the living room at the villas, the grown-ups can sit and chat in an area that's not someone's bedroom. Does your dad want to nap during the day and will his snoring bother your kids? Do you and your mom want to stay up and chat while the men each want to sleep in their own space? The villas just give everyone a bit more flexibility, space and privacy, which is great in a very intense situation like family travel.

Also, the Beach Club pool is amazing! You'll have to drag your kids out of the sandy-bottomed area by their pruney little toes. And if you want a romantic dinner out with hubby the nearby Boardwalk has great restaurants and lots of cozy snuggle spots.

Hope you have a great trip!
