We are planning on going to WDW in May of 2009 with our 3 boys, 5 yr old, 3 yr old and just under one by the time we go. Are the boats stroller friendly? THANKS

There are many different types of boats at WDW ranging from the giant Liberty Square Riverboat in the Magic Kingdom to the tiny SeaRaycers that you can rent at the resorts. But what I'm guessing you're asking about is the water shuttles that take guests from some of the resorts to the Magic Kingdom and the Friendship boats that take guests from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Epcot and the Epcot area resorts. And the answer to that is, yes, those boats are stroller-friendly. The vast majority of the time, you will be able to roll a stroller, with a child in it, right onto the boat. There is no need for folding as there would be with the DIsney buses. There are some rare occasions if the water is low or choppy that you might be asked to carry the stroller and child aboard the boat, but this is very unusual and has never happened to me personally.

    Hope that helps.
