We are planning to visit WDW in Dec. 2008 (wife, husband, & 5 yr old daughter). This will be our 2nd trip. I am trying to get as much information as I can in regard to the crowds, holidays, etc... Also where would be the best place to stay for 7 nights

Kimberly,  Christmas at WDW is unbelievably magical; the decorations and holiday spirit can truly take your breath away.  If you are visiting the first part of December, the crowds will be lighter and the resort costs less.  Also during this time, you can attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  As you near Christmas day, the crowds become larger -- actually it is one of the most crowded times and the costs become higher at the resorts.  During either time, you can enjoy the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package where a celebrity guest tells the Christmas story and a choir sings holiday songs; dinner at an Epcot restaurant is included.  I'm not sure about your budget, but if I could select a resort at this time, it would be the Wilderness Lodge with its grand Christmas Tree and decorations that epitomize the holiday season.  I hope this information helps to get you started with your planning, and we can answer more questions as you begin to make more specific plans.
