We are planning to visit Magic Kingdom for 1 day before we set sail on a Disney cruise. Are we still entitled to fastpass even though we are not buying multiple day tickets?

    Ahoy, Marlene!

Thanks for cruising over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this excellent question.

You will soon be experiencing a magical cruise aboard one of the magnificent Disney Cruise Line ships and visiting the Walt Disney World Resort too.

Disney Vacations by Land and Sea are my absolute favorite! In fact, my family and I just recently experienced the perfect balance of high-seas adventure and theme park magic.

The FastPass+ service is not exclusive to Multi-Day Theme Park Tickets. In fact, if you purchase 1-Day Ticket: Magic Kingdom Park admissions, you are most definitely entitled to reserve 3 FastPass+ selections for the day of your visit.

If you are staying at any one of the fabulous on-property Disney Resort hotels the night before the cruise, you may book those 3 FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your check-in date. When I arrange my own family's FastPass+ selections, I'm typically able to lock in our choices starting at 7:00 am (EST) on that 60-day mark.

If you will be staying off-property, you can make FastPass+ reservations 30 days in advance of your theme park visit day. Be sure to link your tickets via your My Disney Experience account ahead of time.

I hope you found this information useful, Marlene. Please visit us again with more Disney vacation planning questions. Hope to "Sea Ya' Real Soon!"

    Bon voyage!
