Hi Moms, planning our 2016 vacation and wondered when are the schedules usually posted for the special events such as Flower and Garden Festival, Marathons, MSHP and MVMCP? Thank you.

    Hi there James!

I know you must be super excited to be planning a Walt Disney World vacation for 2016!  You will be happy to know that dates for the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival have already been announced. The popular spring event begins March 02, 2016 and runs through May 30, 2016. In 2015, dates for both Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party were announced in late February on the Disney Parks Blog. Disney marathons and other runDisney races are usually announced at least one year prior to the event weekend.  I would recommend visiting the runDisney official page to learn more about events that will be offered in 2016. Follow the link I have provided to learn more about all of the Special Events that are available at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, James!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
