Hi! Planning a vacation starting 11/28 - 12/05/15. First trip for all of us! (us & 2 girls ages 9 and 5 . We are not staying on DW property. Will we still be able to get fast passes scheduled to meet Anna and Elsa? And what about a character meal to pi

    Hello Ellen!

Hooray for first trips! Seeing the magic through your children's eyes is unforgettable. Meeting Anna and Elsa is definitely a highlight for my daughters and is a very popular selection for FastPass+. You may make FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World hotel. You must first have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. FastPass+ selections do go quickly for the sisters from Arendelle, so I would check exactly at your 30-day mark.

If you are not able to secure a FastPass+ selection to meet Anna and Elsa, don't give up. I have had to cancel my FastPass+ selections to meet them at the last minute. Some people cancel; sometimes plans change or sometimes Disney will release more. Anna and Elsa are also on stage at For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney's Hollywood Studios and can be seen in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom park.

You can make reservations for Character Dining 180 days in advance online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE. You are visiting Walt Disney World during one of my favorite times - after Thanksgiving crowds begin to leave - but in time to experience the beauty of the sights and smells of Christmas.

Please come back and see us real soon at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions. Have a magical first vacation with your princesses!
