Planning a vacation for 6 adults and a 4 year old in Jan 2012. Know I can't book yet but wondering what our best options would be for resort choices. Thanks!

    Hi Denise,

You really have a world of choices at your disposal.  With a traveling party of seven, I would choose one of Disney's deluxe villa resorts.  If you get a two-bedroom villa at one of these hotels, you will have plenty of room for your group to enjoy each others' company without feeling cramped.  I've stayed in a two-bedroom villa at the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge as part of a group of seven and we were amazed at the amount of space we had.  Additionally, you'd have a full kitchen and washer/dryer at your disposal.

Now the question is...which of these deluxe villa resorts should you choose?  I would base that decision on which park to which you wish to be closest.  Since you have a four-year-old in your group, you may very well wish to be near the Magic Kingdom.  In that case, the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a good choice.  If, on the other hand, your party prefers to be between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, then Disney's Boardwalk Villas or Disney's Beach Club Villas would be an excellent choice.  Either of these resorts would put you just minutes from those two theme parks.  And, of course there's Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge & Villas if you want to be near the coolest wildlife-themed park ever.

    Good luck making your decision!
