Hi Jasmine,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Of course, I absolutely think you should take your son to visit the Walt Disney World resort during the holiday season!
First, if you have not booked a
Magic Your Way Vacation Package, do so as soon as possible. The holiday season is quite busy. Resorts and dining reservations get booked fast. Once you have booked your vacation package, start making
dining reservations. My girls love the character meals but since your son is so young, you would know best how he would react to the characters!
Decide whether you are going to bring your own stroller or use the
stroller rental service in the parks. Consider using the
rider switch service and make Fast Pass+ selections as soon as your selection window opens (60 days prior to your trip if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel with valid theme park tickets).
Jasmine, be sure to review the
Planning for Pre-school Kids and Little Ones Guide to see which attractions your son could enjoy. I recommend Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and "it's a small world" in Magic Kingdom. Use the
attractions list to check the height requirements for rides in Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom theme park would also be a great park to visit because the animals are spectacular!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
