Hi, Danielle!
I’m so glad to hear you have a
Disneyland Resort visit planned and that you’re interested in possibly upgrading your park tickets. As a longtime Annual Passholder myself, I think it’s a great way to make the most of your visits to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Yes, the amount paid for each theme park ticket can be used as credit toward the purchase of
Annual Passports. Simply visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booth in person on or before the last day your tickets are valid to pay the difference between the theme park tickets and your chosen Annual Passport type. As soon as you upgrade to an Annual Passport, you’ll be able to take advantage of
valuable Passholder benefits available throughout the resort! Please keep in mind that only the amount paid for each Disneyland Resort ticket may be used toward the upgrade to an Annual Passport at the current price. Your Passports will be backdated to begin on the first day the tickets were used to enter a theme park.
More details about
ticket upgrade procedures and restrictions can be viewed on disneyland.com, but please write back to me if you’d like clarification or need more planning help. I hope this information helps, Danielle, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation with your family!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
