Mom And Son On Run

We are planning a trip to WDW with our 14 yr and 15 mo daughters in Feb 09. We will purchase the dining plan and plan to eat one sit-down meal per day. Any suggestions on which meals would be most advantageous for maximizing time in the parks?

I always plan my sit-down meals so that we are not running from one park to another just for a meal.

For a day in the Magic Kingdom, I would suggest Cinderella's Royal Table for an early breakfast prior to park opening.

At Hollywood Studios, try the 50's Prime Time Cafe for an early dinner around 4-5 p.m. This will allow you to dine with little wait and get back to touring the park.

For an Epcot day, dine at the Cape May Cafe for breakfast prior to Epcot's opening time. After your meal, walk through the International Gateway to head to Future World. You could also tour Epcot for the first couple of hours and then exit the International Gateway for a "brunch".

At Animal Kingdom, enjoy breakfast at the Tusker House prior to park opening.

Wherever you decide to dine. Eat early. 11-11:30 a.m. for lunch will keep you ahead of the crowds.

If you decide to exit a park to dine at one of the hotels, make sure to schedule the meal so that you are dining on your way back to your hotel for a mid-day break or on your return trip to a park after you've had a mid-day rest.

Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Faire and Whispering Canyon Cafe are all fun restaurants.
