Hi, Planning our 3rd trip to WDW. this time with 2 children ages 7 and 5 along with 3 adults and 1 special needs 21yr old. we know about the GAC is there anything new you can tell me that we should do with the children? Or anything different and fun? TY

    Hi Teri,

There are many new things at the Walt Disney World Resort! I will give you some highlights for you to try on your vacation!

First, the Guest Assistance Card (GAC) has undergone a change. While it is still available, it is being issued on a smaller scale. I recommend you bring a doctor's note with you to Guest Services to help. Because Disney has invested in wider waiting areas and technology to reduce wait times, this is why the GAC is not issued as frequently as in the past.

As for new things, Magic Kingdom has the brand new Fantasyland with new rides and restaurants. Be Our Guest restaurant is found in Beast's Castle. You can hear stories at Enchanted Tales with Belle. Dumbo has two rides and an indoor playground. You can also try two games that take you around Magic Kingdom-Sorcerer's of Magic Kingdom or A Pirate's Adventure.

Epcot has a revamped Test Track in which you can build your own car to drive. Have you been Soarin'? This ride will take you over California faster than any jet airplane. I really love the countries of World Showcase and France has been remodeled and you can be a secret agent and help Agent P!

Disney's Hollywood Studios has Toy Story Midway Mania. This fun and interactive game is great fun for everyone.

I also encourage you to look at My Disney Experience and see all of the new experiences that await your trip!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
