    Shanyce from NY Asked

Hi, planning a trip to WDW and would like to know, where i can find a checklist of must eat places and menu items in the parks or does anyone have a few suggestions? Thanks, Shanyce.

Hiya Pal! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re thrilled you stopped by to bring us your question!

Did someone say Disney Food?? Nothing gets me quite as excited as planning some tasty eats at the most magical place on earth. I don’t know if it’s the adorable Mickey shape those treats come in, or if maybe Mickey adds some edible pixie dust, but Disney treats are just the best!

Shanyce, there are most definitely some fan favorite eats and treats that should be on your list. I’ve seen some fun fan lists shared on social media sites like Pinterest. You can also check out the Disney Parks Blog for some really magical insider info. You can even subscribe so you can receive the latest news of all the happenings at the parks straight to your inbox. In this underlined link, you can find a recent post highlighting some yummy sweet treats to add to your “must-try” list.

Here’s some of my favorites to get you started! First and foremost, the well-known and loved DOLE WHIP®! This refreshing treat even has its own plush! You can try this yummy pineapple soft serve treat at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom and the Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. As far as restaurants, on the top of my list you will currently find Boma-Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, ‘Ohana at the Poly, Whispering Canyon Café at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and for my kids, The Garden Grill at Epcot!

Have fun planning a magical and tasty visit. Don’t hesitate to come back and see us soon for any additional tips or planning advice. And remember you can begin making your dining reservations as early as 180-days in advance.

    See ya real soon! ~Emille
