I am planning a trip to WDW...this will be our first time there. I have 3 daughters ages 15, & 6 yr old twins. I want them to enjoy things such as dining with the princesses yet stay on a budget. I would also like to know the best places to stay.

Hello Tylea from Indiana (me too!),

Traveling on a budget is a common concern. Costs can escalate if you don't watch them!

So if you are looking to keep to a budget, definitely consider the Value Resorts. In particular, look at the brand new Art of Animation resort. You can fit a larger family into the Family Suites there, keep to a good budget, and even save some money by taking breakfasts in your room rather than at a restaurant. With the included kitchenettes you can pull off a decent breakfast, save the princess dining for dinner time, and not feel like you are going broke in the process. Oh, and at night your 15 year old can stay up and watch TV with you while the twins get to a regular bedtime!

NOTE: If the Art of Animation Family Suites are all booked up, remember that they also have them at the All Star Music resort as well.

As for dining with the Princesses, I think you will find that the Akershus Restaurant option in Epcot is more affordable than Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom, but will all the same princess magic!

Write me back if you need more Hoosier Hospitality in your planning!

    Have a magical vacation!
