Hi. We are planning a trip to WDW for 7 days/6 nts w/our 2 1/2 year old son (almost 3). His 1st visit. On arrival day we were thinking about going to Epcot (only day there).. Will he be bored at Epcot? Don't want to begin trip w/ an unhappy boy.

    Hi Melissa,

I've been taking my children, now 5 and 10, to Walt Disney World every year since they were babies and neither was ever bored in Epcot.  However, it is fair to say that it wasn't their favorite park when they were younger.

If your son has never been to Walt Disney World before, then I think he will be absolutely fine.  He won't know that he'd rather be somewhere else, like riding Dumbo for the 10th time in the Magic Kingdom.

My youngest always enjoyed the Sea with Nemo and Friends, Gran Fiesta Tour Staring the Three Caballeros, Maelstrom, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and Journey Into Imagination with Figment.

Be careful with Honey, I Shrunk the Audience!  My experience has lead me to believe that most young guests are scared during that 3-D movie.  Also be careful with Ellen's Energy Adventure in the Universe of Energy Pavilion.  The dinosaur scenes in that attraction can be very scary; however, some young guests do enjoy seeing them!

Good luck and have a magical vacation!
