We are planning a trip to specifically to Magic Kingdom for our daughters 3rd birthday but we keep going back and forth on place to stay...we are really looking for convenience w/ her 9 month old brother w/ us and 4 adults! Any suggestions/suites?

    Hi Xavier:

Disney World offers a number of Resort options for Guests with parties of 5 or more.  You could look at connecting, adjoining, or nearby rooms at any Resort or look at the one or two bedroom Villas at a Deluxe Villa Resort.  If your biggest focus is on convenience and you are specifically going to the Magic Kingdom, you can't get more convenient than the Contemporary Resort, where you can reserve two rooms at the Resort or reserve a one or two bedroom at Bay Lake Tower Deluxe Villa.  I'm a big fan of the Contemporary, and I still remember the wonder I felt as a six-year old staying at the Contemporary Resort and watching the monorail run right through the A-frame Tower and marveling at the lobby's 90-foot, floor-to-ceiling ceramic mural created by Disney Legend, Mary Blair.  While there are no Villas at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa or at the Polynesian Resort, you can reserve two rooms at these Resorts.  Plus, both Resorts are located on the monorail and provide convenience to the Magic Kingdom as well as great theming.

For a party of six looking for value, I would consider the value family suites at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort or Art of Animation or also consider the moderate accommodations at the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.

Happy birthday to your daughter. Enjoy this special vacation.
