Planning a trip for 2/29-3/9/2016, when can I  get prices? Want to do the Marceline Tour, how long before our trip can I make reservations for this? How far out can you make fast pass+ requests?

    Hi Judy!

How exciting that you have a Walt Disney World vacation to look forward to in 2016!  The Disney Parks Moms Panel is full of avid planners, so you've come to the right place with your questions.

I would expect 2016 rates and packages to be available in late summer of 2015.  I usually see these posted around July or August each year, so I'd just keep an eye on the website for updates.  In the meantime, if you want to get a head-start on your Disney Resort hotel plans, you can always make your room-only reservation up to 499 days before your check-out date by calling the reservation line at (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639).  For your trip dates, that means you'd be able to call near the end of October 2014.  Rates won't be available quite yet, but you'll have the peace of mind knowing you have your room reservation marked off the "to do" list.

The Walt Disney: Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour is a fantastic way to get some insider information on Walt Disney and how his dream and vision still live on at Magic Kingdom today.  Tours can be booked up to 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-TOUR (939-8687).

It's never too early to start making plans for the rides and attractions on your "must do" list during your trip, but FastPass+ reservations are currently available 60 days in advance for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and 30 days in advance for off-site Guests.

I hope that helps, Judy, but please let us know what other questions you have as you make your vacation plans.

    Have a magical day!
